How To Level Up Your Night-Time Routine

So many of us focus on starting our day off on the right foot with a solid morning routine, that we often forget about winding down our nighttime with the same effort. If you’ve followed #nightimeroutine across the Internet, you can see millions (over 983M!) have been talking about this effort that we’re focusing on for 2023. So we’ve come up with 3 easy steps that you can take to level up your nighttime routine.

Step 1. The best way to start your night-time routine is to prep for tomorrow morning’s routine and all those pesky chores. Put those dishes away from dinner, and collect everything off your floors (clothes, shoes, all 87 toys your dog plays with for 2 seconds). Once you can see the floor, it makes all the other chores seem smaller to tackle! Designate 1 space for all your daily essentials (car keys, backpacks, shoes, your favorite stuffed animal, etc.). This will help you feel more relaxed at night and get a full night's rest knowing you’re ready for the next day! Next up is meal-prepping. It can be overwhelming so start off small, and make tomorrow’s breakfast and lunch the night before. The last part is planning out the stunning outfit that will make you feel on top of the world!

Step 2. Now that you have the hard stuff out of the way, it’s time to relax and wrap yourself up in warmth!
