Easy & care-free! Toss your Comfy items in the wash on cold & tumble dry separately at a low temperature. They come out like new!
We know you’re going to love all things Comfy, but if you do need to return anything, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receiving your items. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org & we’ll gladly take care of you. Sorry, no exchanges, only refunds!
Did you purchase from one of our retail partners? Please work with the retailer you purchased from for assistance, as their policies are different from ours. We do not accept exchanges or returns from our retail partners. Sorry!
Make sure we receive your item(s) back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and will be charged a return & restocking fee. Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.
If your Comfy items do not arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to email@example.com within 30 days so we can assist you!
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel. Reach out as soon as possible, as we process orders every 15 minutes & if your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it. You do still have the option to go through a refund (few!) or gift it to a friend (they’ll love it!).
Large Order Purchase:
Looking to purchase more than 12 Comfys? Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will place a special order just for you.
We know you needed your Comfy item(s) yesterday, so we process orders in 1-2 business days. Depending on what shipping method you select, that is when you will receive your Comfy item(s). An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.
We currently only ship to Mexico, Europe, Australia & New Zealand but we are looking at expanding! If you live in another country & would like to purchase Comfy product(s), please send us an email at email@example.com so we can place a special order for you.
All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you & Comfy does not cover these additional fees.We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders.
