What are your products made from?

The Comfy® products are made from 100% polyester. To learn more about each individual product, check out the product you are interested in!

How do I wash The Comfy® products?

Care-free & easily! Toss your items in the wash on cold (60°F – 80°F/15°C – 26.7°C) & tumble dry separately at a low temperature. They come out like new! If you want more tips and tricks you can read more on our blog here.

Who created The Comfy®?

Yup, you heard right! Our founders, Brian and Michael, aka The Comfy Bros did. They pitched their wearable invention on ABC’s Shark Tank in 2017 & gained the backing of Barbara Corcoran! The rest is history. Learn more here.

Orders

Where’s my order?

Sign into your account to check on the status of your order.  Your order number will be in the confirmation email we sent you.

I want to use 2 discount codes or coupons, but it’s not letting me, why not?

Sorry but it’s only 1 promotional discount per order!

How do I use my discount code or coupon?

Add all of the items to your cart that have a promotion running and at checkout, you will see a section to enter in your code. Happy shopping!

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed you have 60 minutes to add to your order, adjust or change any information, or cancel your order. You will find this option on our website in your account portal. Please advise, we cannot make adjustments on our end. If you are not able to make the adjustments in time, the order will ship out to you as placed. Once you receive your order, you will have 100 days to utilize a free return for store credit to repurchase or return for a full refund if you need to.

I want to place an order, but there’s no shipping option?

We’ll have to place a special order just for you! Please email order@thecomfy.com and we’ll take care of you. Talk soon!

Why is there a sales tax charge?

This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay. Thanks for understanding!

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your item was not in perfect condition! Let’s get this fixed for you right away. Please reach out to us here. We'll take care of you!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If your order is over $100 and you are in the US, your order will ship for free. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska, and BOGO promotions.

I want to place a large order. Can I have a discount?

All orders over 10 items will be pre-discounted and are eligible for free shipping in the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For more information, reach out to orders@thecomfy.com.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We know you’re going to love all things Comfy, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 100 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. Open a return here & we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. It takes about 5-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.

Holiday Returns: If you ordered The Comfy as a gift or received it as a gift over the holiday, we will accept returns through the end of February.

I purchased it from a retailer, can I return through you directly?

Please work with the retailer you purchased from for help, as their policies are different from ours. We don’t accept returns or exchanges from our retail partners. Thanks for understanding!

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges, but we will gladly offer you a refund or you can return the item for store credit. 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We’re on it! Your order will ship based on the method you choose at checkout and an estimated delivery date will be visible. We’ll send you an email with details to keep you up to date.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry, we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes we do! Only in the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not at this time. We sell through Amazon and other third party sites in international markets.

Are custom & duties charges applied at checkout?

All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you & The Comfy does not cover these additional fees. Thanks for understanding!

When will my order ship? It was expedited.

If you order by 10 AM PST, your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. If ordered after 10 AM PST, your order will be processed the following business day.

The Comfy® Rewards

What is The Comfy® Club?

The Comfy Club is our rewards program that helps you earn points every time you shop, refer a friend, or complete other loyalty activities. The points you have earned can be redeemed to save on your next Comfy purchase!

How do I earn points?

You are automatically enrolled in The Comfy Club when you create an account through our site. For every dollar spent you will earn 5 points. You can also earn by leaving a review, liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, subscribing to our newsletter, referring friends and celebrating your birthday. Gift card purchases do not earn points toward the program.

You will receive points from a purchase or completed referral 14 days after the purchase has been delivered. If an item is returned during this period, points will not be awarded. Points earned through other activities are automatically available in your account.

How do I see my points?

Once you sign into your account, visit the Rewards page. Your total points will be displayed at the
top of the page.

I got a discount code and I have points, why can’t I use both?

You are only able to use one discount method per transaction. You can either use your points towards the order or use the discount code.

How do I redeem points?

Log into your account and select the products you would like to order. You can visit the Rewards page and
click on “Get Reward” under any available discount amount, copy the coupon code and then paste that code into the box that says “Discount code or gift card” at checkout. Once you press “Apply”, the points will be removed from your account and applied to the order. As a Comfy Club member, you must earn 500 points to redeem your first reward.

How do I refer a friend?

Once logged into your account, visit the Rewards page. Under the Earn Points section of the page, scroll to “Refer friends” and click on the “Complete activity” button. You can choose to share your referral via posting on Twitter or Facebook, sending a message in WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, sending an
email, or by sharing your link elsewhere.

How does my friend complete a referral?

New customers who have been referred by you to The Comfy through the loyalty program will receive an email invite or see a link
you share on social media and messages. By following the link, your friend will be able to make their purchase which will be credited to you. Your friend will receive a 20% off discount on their first purchase (of $60 or more) and you will receive points for the completed purchase.

I left the checkout page to change my order and now my points are gone. What do I do?

Go back to the Rewards page and scroll down view your rewards. Click on the reward you would like to redeem and copy the coupon code. Once at checkout, paste the code into the “Discount code or gift card” box. Your points will be applied to the order.

Will my points expire?

Yes. Points will start to expire 1 year (12 months) from the date they were accrued.

Payment

I used Quick/Express checkout and didn’t get my discount code?

Please reach out to support@thecomfy.com and we will look into your order and assist you further.

Do you offer a buy now and pay later option?

Yes! You can select Afterpay at checkout so you can buy your Comfy now and pay later in four installments.

How does Afterpay work?

You can choose to buy now and pay later with our Afterpay payment option at checkout. It does not require a credit check and you will pay four installments every two weeks directly through Afterpay.

Gifts

I received The Comfy product as a gift and I want to exchange it. Can I do this?

I received The Comfy product as a gift and it is damaged, can you help?

I placed an order but need to edit it before it ships!

Do you want to switch up your color or change your shipping address? You can make changes or adjustments within 60 minutes of placing your order through the order confirmation page or through your order confirmation email. If you have any questions, we are available to help at support@thecomfy.com. Thanks for your order!
