We strive to make you as comfy as possible as quickly as possible, so we send out orders every 15 minutes! With that in mind, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have entered the shipping process. If your order has shipped, once you receive it you can initiate a return here within 30 days.

Returns & Refunds
We know you’re going to love all things Comfy, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 30 days of receiving your items. Open a return here & we’ll assist you! It takes about 5-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.
Please work with the retailer you purchased from for help, as their policies are different from ours. We don’t accept returns or exchanges from our retail partners. Thanks for understanding!

Yes! We currently ship to the UK, most of Europe and Australia. We are working on adding more countries all the time. We sell through Amazon and other third party sites in international markets where we don't currently ship.
All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you & The Comfy does not cover these additional fees. Thanks for understanding!
The Comfy Club is our rewards program that helps you earn points every time you shop.
You earn one point for every dollar spent and are automatically enrolled when you create an account and place your first order. You can also earn by leave a review, liking us on Facebook, liking us on Instagram, referring friends and celebrating your birthday. You can redeem points at any time.
Once you sign into your account, click the present icon at the bottom of the screen. Your total points will show at the top.
You are only able to use one code per transaction - you can either use your loyalty points toward the order or use the discount code.
Log into your account and select the products you would like to order. You can either go to the present icon (Rewards) and press on Ways To Redeem, copy the code and then paste that into the box that says discount code at checkout, OR simply choose apply code. Once you press Redeem, the points will be removed from your account and applied to the order.
Once logged into your account, click the present icon at the bottom of the page. Under Refer Your Friends you can tweet, share on facebook, or email your unique link to your friends.
Go back to the homepage or the shop all page and click the present icon at the bottom of the page. Scroll down and click Your Rewards. Click on the reward you would like to use and copy the code. Once at checkout, paste the code into the discount code box. Your points will be applied to the order.
