If you need to return your Comfy, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. (While we process refunds immediately, please note they can take 3-5 days to show up on your account.)
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com for instructions and a return label. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and that cost will be deducted from your refund.
